张国建，中共党员，副教授，英语教育博士，西安翻译学院教学标兵、中青年骨干教师，现任西安翻译学院英文学院商务英语系系主任，兼任国际商务与语言服务西北专家委员会理事、中国先秦史学会国学双语研究分会理事，主要从事商务英语教学与研究工作，主要研究方向为语言能力测评及语言服务；近年来发表论文15篇，其中核心期刊论文5篇；主持完成省、市社科基金项目3项；出版专著2部，主编参编教材9部；曾荣获陕西省人文社科研究成果二等奖1项、国家级学科竞赛优秀指导教师奖4项，省级奖项10余项。

Zhang Guojian, a member of the Communist Party of China, is an associate professor and doctor of philosophy in education major in English. He is a Teaching Pacemaker and a Young and Middle-aged Backbone Teacher at Xi’an Fanyi University. Currently serving as the Head of the Business English Department in the School of English Language and Literature, Xi’an Fanyi University, as well as a council member of the Northwest Expert Committee of International Business and Language Services and a council member of the Bilingual Research Branch of the Pre-Qin History Society of China for Sinology, he mainly engages in teaching and research in business English, with research focuses on language proficiency assessment and language services. In recent years, he has published 15 research papers, including 5 in core journals; presided over and completed 3 provincial and municipal social science fund projects; published 2 monographs; and edited or co-edited 9 textbooks. He has won 1 Second Prize of Shaanxi Provincial Humanistic and Social Science Research Achievements, 4 National Excellent Instructor Awards in disciplinary competitions, and more than 10 provincial-level awards.
