Ding Jing is the Chairman of Xi'an Fanyi University, the first Dean of the School of Translation Studies, and the third Director of the China Association for Non-Government Education. He is also the Vice President of the Shaanxi Association for Non-Government Education and the fifth Managing Director of the Shaanxi Association of Higher Education. Additionally, he is a member of the Standing Committee of the Eighth Committee of Xi'an Science and Technology Association and an honorary chairman of Xi'an Translation Association. She has successively won the honorary titles of "March 8th Red-banner Pacesetter", "Outstanding Contributor in Promoting Educational Reform in Shaanxi", "Woman's Model" and "Famous Educational Figure in Shaanxi for Seventy Years since the Founding of New China". She has been engaged in teaching management, university leadership, and educational reform for a long time. She presided over ten pilot projects related to provincial education and teaching reform, such as the Innovative College English Reading Course. Additionally, she participated in the reform and practice of the "four integrations" training system for outstanding translators in private undergraduate universities, which earned her a second prize for provincial teaching achievements. She has published more than 30 papers on topics such as innovation in curriculum ideology and politics of translation major in private universities, and from the east to the midwest: causes and suggestions for the reverse flow of talents in universities. Ding Jing has participated in the compilation of more than ten textbooks for the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan.
