Recently, the Trade Union of Shaanxi Provincial Education, Culture, Health and Sports announced the final selection of May 1st Women’s Pioneer Post and May 1st Women’s Pioneer in 2024. Two collectives in our university were awarded the title of May 1st Women’s Pioneer Post, and three teachers were awarded the May 1st Women’s Pioneer.

This selection was to fully implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, and the important instructions of General Secretary Xi’s on his previous visits to Shaanxi. It also vigorously promotes the spirit of model workers, labors and craftsmanship. It also inspires women workers to adhere to the Xi’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as their guide and to actively participate in the construction of Chinese-style modernization. It is reported that a total of 183 collectives and 273 female workers in the province were commended. English Department 1 was awarded the 2024 May 1st Women’s Pioneer Post.

Most of them have more than 10 years of teaching experience. They are dedicated, innovative and dedicated in their work, and have made contributions to the development of the school, highlighting the good professional quality, ethics and positive spirit of women in the new era.

The commended collective and individual said that they will cherish the honor, make persistent efforts, continue to carry forward the leading role, self-confidence, unity and forge ahead, constantly create new achievements, and contribute their wisdom to the construction of a first-class private university with characteristics and write a new chapter in the development of the school.
