Luo Fei is an associate professor and a master who belongs to the CPC. Currently, she serves as the director of the Translation Department II at the School of Translation Studies in Xi'an Fanyi University.

Luo Fei has published more than 14 papers, among which seven are from core journals. These include "Research on Automatic Calibration Method of Chinese-English Translation Based on Machine Learning," "Research on Online Course Recommendation Algorithm Based on Cloud Computing and IRS," and "Interpretation of Translation Teaching and Translation Ability from the Perspective of Cognitive Translation Studies." She has presided over three sub-provincial and municipal social science fund projects, and published two translations: "Walking into the Ancient Capital Xi'an" and "China Myth".

Luo Fei won a provincial teaching achievement award.

Luo Fei primarily focuses on translation teaching and practical research. She has successfully taught core courses such as Basic Translation, Translation Theory and Practice, and Translation Practice Project, among others.
