Zhang Rui is a professor with a master's degree in translation and a PhD student at Xi’an Jiaotong University, a distinguished teacher at Xi'an Fanyi University, currently serves as the vice chairman of the Foreign Languages and Literature Committee under the Advisory Committee for Colleges and Universities Education and Teaching in Shaanxi Province. They are also the director of Translators Association of China and the vice dean of the School of Translation Studies.

Professor Zhang Rui has published more than ten academic papers, six of which were in core journals. She presided over and completed six provincial and municipal social science fund projects. Additionally, she has published two academic works and three translations.

Professor Zhang Rui has won the second prize for teaching achievement in Shaanxi Higher Education.

Professor Zhang Rui primarily focuses on teaching and researching within the field of translation studies, with a particular emphasis on translation pedagogy and practice. Professor Zhang Rui's courses include Translation Theory and Practice as well as Translation of Chinese Culture, among others.
