Jiang Xiaojun is a member of the CPC, an associate professor with a master's degree and a PhD student in higher education at the National University of Malaysia. Currently, he serves as Secretary of Party Committee, Executive Vice Dean, Chairman of the Labor Union, and Deputy Director of African Studies Center at Xi'an Fanyi University. His research interests include English language teaching and Western cultural studies. In terms of teaching, he teaches English listening, college English, English reading, selected readings from British and American newspapers, an introduction to English literature, and selected readings from British and American literature, among other subjects. In terms of academic achievements, he has published more than 20 papers including "Infiltration of Humanistic Thoughts in the Teaching of British and American Literature in Colleges and Universities", "Promoting the Further Development of China-Africa Higher Education Cooperation", "Online English Teaching Course Score Analysis Based on Decision Tree Mining Algorithm", "Analysis of the Current Situation of English Language and Literature Teaching", "Features of New Words in China English in News Reports", etc. He has also published an academic monograph titled "Research on Mainstream British and American Literature", translated "The Mysterious Drawer" into English, and compiled a textbook titled "Reading Guide to International Literature". In terms of research, he has presided over more than ten projects related to provinces and cities. These include "A Study on the Construction Strategy of National Cultural Security Awareness in Foreign Language Education in Colleges and Universities" and "Research on the Strategy of Improving the Core Competitiveness of Private Colleges and Universities in Shaanxi Province". During his career, he has won many honorary titles including Young and Middle-Aged Backbone Teachers, Advanced Workers, School-Level Teachers' Morality Model, Advanced Individual in Scientific Research, and Outstanding Member of the CPC, etc.
